These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of proximityschools.com (the “Site”), operated by Proximity Telehealth, LLC (“Proximity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Proximity and this Site

Proximity Telehealth, LLC is a teletherapy services provider partnering with K–12 school districts in Idaho. This Site is a marketing and information site that allows visitors to learn about Proximity, inquire about services for their school district, or apply for employment with our team.

This Site does not deliver clinical care. Use of this Site does not create any clinician-patient relationship, service-provider relationship, or employment relationship.

2. Service agreements are separate

Teletherapy services provided by Proximity are governed by separate written service agreements with school districts. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding service offer, employment offer, or agreement. Pricing, scope, scheduling, and terms of service are set in those individual agreements.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or any data on it

  • Submit false or misleading information through any form

  • Use the Site to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Proximity name and design — is the property of Proximity Telehealth, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our written permission.

Information you voluntarily submit through Site forms (e.g., inquiries, applications) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
