Have you had your baby in the past two months (January or February)?
This program is about you and your physical recovery after having a baby. Join us for the 4th Trimester Birth Recovery Program led by Anne Madden, an orthopedic/women’s health physical therapist and the founder of Proximity Telehealth.
Anne will lead your group of four other new mom’s through eight sessions focused on your pelvic floor and core health. Prior to each session you will receive a video highlighting concepts crucial to your recovery, then during each live session she will answer your questions and give you the best exercises and strategies for your body.
Each group is limited to only 5 moms.
Dates: Every Tuesday and Thursday from March 5 - March 28
Session Times: Choose from the 10:00am-11:00am MST group or the 2:00pm-3:00pm MST group.
