Do I have to see my doctor before my first appointment?

No! Women are able to directly access our services without a referral from a doctor.

How does online physical therapy work?

We have systems in place for you to schedule, submit your past medical history paperwork, and connect with your PT for online chat visits. Much like an in person visit, we ask you questions based on your condition, have you point and show us the problem area, we take you through a series of movement tests, and then recommend treatment at the end of the session.

How long are the appointments?

Most initial appointments are 1 hour long and follow-ups are 30 minutes

Do you take my insurance?

We are not in network with any insurance companies. This is great news because then we decide along with you when treatment starts, ends, and what works best for you. Upon request we provide a bill at the end of your plan of care that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Do you take HSA/FSA payments?

Yes! We accept HSA/FSA payments for our one-on-one physical therapy services.
